As Corporate Group, Inc.’s Vice President-Human Resources, Jamie supervises all of Human Resources, benefits, talent acquisition, and practices and procedures for Monarch Capital Partners and its operating companies. Jamie ensures that human resources’ annual strategic goals align with our portfolio companies’ overall strategies and business goals and helps Presidents and General Managers to assist in carrying out their responsibilities on human resources matters.
Jamie Boinski received her MBA in Human Resources Management from Kaplan University. You can find Jamie in her happy place (Walt Disney World) at least twice a year – where she enjoys strolling through the Magical Kingdom with her family and friends.
